REVIEWING THE REVIEWERS: A roundup of book reviews from all over. Plus, announcing finalists for the Arthur C. Clarke award. I've only read one of these books -- Richard Morgan's Thirteen -- and I thought it was pretty good. I think that Altered Carbon, etc. were better, though.
