PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT they were getting rid of craziness in the New York governor's office by getting rid of Eliot Spitzer are sure to be disappointed: "Gov. Paterson's chief of staff now says he owed nearly $300,000 in back taxes, $100,000 more than was previously known - and his lawyer blamed the problem on 'non-filer syndrome.'"
