IN THE MAIL: Fred Barnes' Rebel in Chief: How George Bush is Redefining the Conservative Movement and Transforming America. I haven't read it, but it's certainly clear that Bush isn't a "conservative" in the old sense of the word, which perhaps explains why so many people don't like him.
